50 cent drops visuals for “Smoke” featuring Trey Songz (produced by Dr. Dre)
Fif has blessed us with another dynamic single from his 5th studio album, “Animal Ambition”. “Smoke”, featuring Trey Songz. Despite 50’s recent seperation from Interscope, Dr. Dre blessed the track with his infamous production. The video is directed by Eif Rivera, who also directed 50’s videos for “Money”, “First Date”, “Major Distribution” and some others. Eif Rivera does extraordinary video work, as you can see in the “Smoke” video.
50 cent is revolutionizing the way that music is delivered to the fans. Each week he drops a single, and then a couple days later, the finished video is dropped. Fans hear the song on the radio, and want to continue to enjoy it later. With everything being done on smartphones, apps like “YouTube” are popular when people want to just look up a song and listen, so why not have something they can actually watch instead of some stupid lyric video or picture slideshow? Anyways, here is the official video for “Smoke”, I also posted the link for those who want to save it for later. Enjoy.
